Tuck Profit News Brief Dolan Retakes
Control in Bloodless Coup
New
York, NY: Peter Dolan T'76 shocked the business
world yesterday when he staged a bloodless coup at
Bristol Myers. Dolan, the recently ousted CEO, was
joined by a small brigade of Tuck alums who felt that
Tuck's most-well-known CEO couldn't be removed by a
simple vote of the board.
One activist Tuckie commented: "We need more Tuck CEO's,
not fewer. Shareholder value has never been a
factor in executive compensation; why should Dolan have
to pay the price for his incompetence?"
