Succession Planning at the Tuck Profit
As a T'06 who was fortunate enough to take the fascinating and
informative mini "Top Management Teams" from Finkelstein, I
can't help but be a bit worried about the Tuck Profit's
succession planning. Have you identified the necessary
characteristics in potential senior managers in your
organization? Will you have to initiate an outside search? Have
you paid enough attention to "growing talent from within? Have
you read about An Wang lately and taken his megalomania to heart?
This is a pressing issue, as Spring Break is almost upon you. I
urge you to take action ASAP.

Believe it or not, this was a real letter. It's also a
real issue and we cannot avoid it for much longer.
