D’Aveni Selected As Official Mascot of Winter Carnival

Hanover, NH: The Winter Carnival Committee shocked the community today with the appointment of Professor Richard D'Aveni as the official mascot of this weekend's festivities.  "He didn't make the A team for skiing, but he can pound a beer in 1.682 seconds," said Matt Wolf T'07. 

The selection follows on the heels of D'Aveni's lucrative Twisted Tea endorsement deal.

The Tuck Profit spoke with Professor D'Aveni about this latest string of positive news.  "At first I thought it was a conspiracy perpetrated by Michael Porter and the Harvard Business School.  But then the checks started coming in the mail.  I'm a celebrity!"
